In this role, you will report to the Head of Administration and have the following responsibilities: • Handling all clerical tasks in a school’s office. • Answering phones, filing records, and greeting visitors. • Reading and responding to mail and email from parents, students, school board members, teachers, and others. • Recording student attendance, handling student or teacher requests, and reporting to school administrators. Requirements To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: - A diploma or bachelor degree holder - With strong command of English language - Experienced in using Microsoft office application with good typing speed - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to manage different tasks and work independently - Must be a UAE national with family book - Willing to work and be based in Al Ain
