• Provide project control support related to the Project • Draft, review or recommend any project control related documents as required • Review and ensure that project control principles are incorporated and applied • Identify, develop and promote Programme and Project required project control polices • Provide progress reports as and when required • Ensure and review project controls compliance related to Projects • Manage any Document Control requirements through a Document Controller • Reviewing contract documents, suggesting changes for planning and programming aspects and the addition of new clauses if necessary • Develop draft Monitoring and Reporting System for management and Engineer review • Manage all programme control aspects for the Consultant for the monthly reports to the Engineer • Monitor and report on design performance to design programme and cost liaise with Engineer to allow Design Project and Design Programmes to be incorporated into the Project and Programme Master Programmes • Manage the resolution of variance reports relating to scheduling and cost reporting • Provide guidance and advice to the senior management team on planning issues • Assisting in the consultant selection process for commercial and technical evaluation • Assisting in establishing / delivering formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and Project • Preparing risk assessment and mitigation plans • Provide support to the Area Delivery Managers where required on project control matters • Provide regular progress reports and elevate issues to the Authority
