• Participates in delivering direct patient care • Provides appropriate assistance to attending physician during treatment and examination • Explains physical exam procedures, evaluating patient health and taking vital signs • Administers medication through subcutaneous or/and intramuscular • Prepares vaccines for the infant, children, adult • Administers vaccines to adults • Intravenous insertion and regulates as doctor’s order • Performs resting ecg, nebulization, spirometry, pulse oximetry • Performs audiometry Prepare The Patient And Assist The Doctor For: • Stress ECG • Echocardiogram any kinds of ultrasound (abdominal, vaginal, breast) • EEG test • Maintains records and reports of diagnostic tests • Provides instructions and render health teaching and instructions to the patients and/or family member • Performs wound dressing and stitch removal • Informs patients of medication changes; informs physicians of patients' questions • Monitors the stock of medicines and related things • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations • Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results • Performs all other related duties as assigned by head nurse and the docto
