For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who will be responsible to: Under the general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Hotel Nurse provides medical services for all employees and guests in accordance with Hotel Policies and Procedures, and established medical practices. • Provide primary health service to all colleagues • Assess colleagues visiting the Hotel and Accommodation Clinic and give primary nursing care or arrange Doctor’s consult if needed • Assist the doctor and perform doctor’s orders done in the Hotel Clinic • Provide First Aid when the need arise in the Hotel and Accommodation • Arrange medical referrals and ambulance transport for emergency cases • Maintain the records of daily and weekly statistics of colleagues’ clinic visits • Implement and maintain all administration regarding health care, sick leave documentation and medical filing for all employees. • Control the accuracy of sick leave authorization forms. • Coordinate sick leave reporting with other departments and update sick colleague’s condition to managers while maintaining confidentiality • Maintain hygiene of the clinic and its equipment •
