• Development and assurance of annual business/operating plan to beat the plan and track progress against delivery.
• Annual business planning and assurance.
• Technical, HSE, Cost, Engineering and Operational support and assurance across drilling, evaluation, completion, frac and well test with previous Operator during collaboration period.
• Coaching of junior and graduate Well Engineering staff
• Support delivery of overall business goals to deliver performance ambition through developing and implementing Upstream agendas.
• Drive performance through business analysis, competitive intelligence, management of data quality, and sharing of lessons learned.
• Support monthly performance cadence meetings to drive delivery of performance improvement and closure of gap to potential.
• Integrate across teams and functions to help align and deliver on performance improvement plans.
• Support delivery of the business improvement plans (BIPs), performance staircases, and technology staircases. Coordinate performance related input into the annual line of business (LoB) - Business Improvement Plan.
• Provide input into LoB Contractor Management strategies and Joint Business Improvement Plans.
• Drive performance through supporting teams to define and know the gap to potential from benchmark data and what it takes to close the gap.
• Support delivery of value creation events.
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvement in business via digitalization/leveraging IT and ways of working process improvement.
• Ensure teams are clear on what levers to pull in pursuit of Wells Performance Ambition of best composite wells cost (Point C)
• Drive the BIP (Business improvement plan) theme ideas into impact through AGILE ways of working
• Effectiveness of Management of change on activity plan including communications for Drilling Sequence and well intervention / WRFM activity sequence
