Job Description
Act as the point of contact for merchants for digital management matters
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Investigate and determine accounts wants and needs
- Set an area strategy for assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Suggest, design and implement monthly schedule for the subscriber’s merchants
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
- Optimize app content to increase traffic and improve listings
- Present app strategies to the merchants
- Report on accounts performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the merchants crew
- Create a time schedule for the data collector's operations
- Manage & train & hire data collectors team
